AMHERST -- Margaret Bradley, 86, of Amherst, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000,

in the emergency room of Community Health Partners, Lorain, following a

brief illness.

She was born Feb. 14, 1914, in Pittsburgh, Pa. She moved to Lorain in early

childhood and to Amherst in 1964.

She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star Stone City Chapter 325,

Amherst. She enjoyed making porcelain dolls.

Survivors include her son, LeRoy Robert Bradley of Amherst; daughter,

Betty Jane Cook of Marion, N.C.; and six grandchildren, five

great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in d

eath by her husband, Robert G. Bradley, in 1996; brother, Steve Smith;

sister, Anna Koreski; and her mother, Mary Smith.

Friends may call Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Walter A. Frey Funeral

Home, 700 W. Erie Ave., Lorain, where services will be Friday at 11 a.m. The

Rev. W. Kent Joy, pastor of Park Avenue United Methodist Church, Amherst,

will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst

T ownship.
