MRS. JESSIE DELLIFIELD


Mrs. Jessie G. Dellifield, 82, of 13020 Baird Road, Oberlin, died

Wednesday evening at the Welcome Nursing Home following an extended


illness.


Born in Axtel, she was a resident of Henrietta the past 60 years.


Mrs. Dellifield was a farmer teacher in the Birmingham schools and a


c ook at the Henrietta school. She also worked as a dietician at Allen

Memorial Hospital and at the Welcome Nursing Home.


She was a member of Henrietta United Church of Christ, the somens


guild of the church, the Henrietta Grange, No. 1053 and the Rebeccas.


Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Filker, and a son,

Maynard, both of Henrietta, sisters, Edith Kropf, Vermillion, Mrs.


Bernice Hartman and Mrs. Nelda Niggle, both of New Port Richie, Fla.; a

brother, Walter Kropf, Vermillion, four grandchildren and two


g reat-grandchildren.


Friends will be received at the Gerber Funeral Home in Wakeman,


Friday from 7-9 p.m. Services will be at the funeral home, 1:30 p.m.


Saturday. The Rev. Leah Matthews of the Kipton Community Church wil

l
officiate. Burial will be at the Birmingham Cemetery.
