" Charles was the best brother that you could ask for. He took care of my mother for 16 years.
He was always happy and jolly, but he did have some pain. He was kind and gentle and treated
people with respect. He is now in God's kingdom with my mother and dad. Many people will miss him,
I know I will. "

" Though for years Chuckie suffered with his health issues, he always kept going strong. He did well for himself after his parents deaths and was an icon on Lakeside Ave. May he rest in peace. "
