CASPER DUTE


Amherst - Casper Dute of 314 Cleveland Avenue, died at his home at 3:50 pm Sunday. He had been ill for four years.
He was 73 years of age and had lived in Amherst all his life. He was a member of the Congregational Church and the Stonington Masonic Lodge. He was formerly employed at the White Roth Machine shop in Lorain.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; one son, Harold of Dearborn, Mich., two grandchildren, Mrs. Leslie Hart of Washington, D.C., and John Casper Dute of Dearborn. Also surviving are three brothers, August and Julius of Amherst and Jacob of Berlin Heights.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Zilch Funeral Home at 2 pm on Wednesday with the Rev. Mr. parks and the Rev. F.E. Eastman conducting the services. Masonic services will be held at the graveside in Ridgeville Memorial cemetery.
